Key Responsibilities

• Assisted with the delivery of new retail accommodation at various locations, including liaising with consultants & contractors.
• Ongoing asset management in line with agreed asset business plan including appointment and management of professional team, lettings, planning applications/master planning, asset refurbishment, development oversight.
• Detailed demographic and planning research.
• IRR and financial modelling and analysis.
• Tenant data collation and bank reporting.
• Ongoing monitoring of asset performance.

Qualifications and Memberships

• Batchelor of Science in Valuation Surveying (First Class Honours) at Dublin Institute of Technology.
