New Openings & New Fit Outs at The Square Town Centre

We have had a very busy few months in The Square Town Centre with new retailer openings and existing occupiers investing in their store fit outs.

We are delighted to welcome BPerfect, Barking Mad and Timpsons to The Square Town Centre. Bperfect have taken up occupation at level 2 on our centre mall where they have created a vibrant store with a wide range of products on offer. This is BPerfect’s 6 th store in Ireland and they are thrilled to be joining such a strong retailer line up.

Barking Mad also opened on level 3 which is their third store in Dublin. Barking Mad is a boutique pet store stocking the highest quality pet food and products for dogs and cats. Our local fluffy friends are delighted to welcome them to The Square Town Centre! Timpsons also opened for trade at level 3 and provide a high-quality shoe repair and key cutting facility along with many other services.

In addition to new openings, we have seen a number of our existing occupiers invest in their businesses in The Square through new fit outs and relocations in order to upsize their offers. This is a great reflection of the strong trade and footfall within the Square. These occupiers were keen to upgrade their fit outs to improve their mall presence but also to improve their green credentials through the upgrading of lighting and heating systems amongst other initiatives in order to reduce
their carbon footprints.

Dealz rebranded to Pepco at level 1 and carried out major works within their unit; upgrading fit out lighting and branding throughout. Skechers relocated at level 2 to a larger store and carried out extensive works resulting in a very impressive store which now carries a wider range of products from the brand. Finally, Cassidy Travel relocated to level 1 and have amalgamated two units to produce a vibrant and extremely well-presented unit.

We are delighted with the investment we have seen from new retailers and existing retailers within The Square and look forward to many more new openings and upgrades throughout 2024 with several new brands in legals currently and aiming to open in the coming months.
