An internal mall environment with 15 – 20 retail units,  anchored by a grocery anchor.  Tenant mix is a mix of services, health, food & beverage, fashion, gifts with a dedicated shopping centre car park.  The centre usually serves as a main retail destination for the catchment area and therefore works within the community as a focal point for retail activity.
